Performance command center
Net P&L, Discipline Score, equity curve, P&L distribution, macro overlay, and risk consistency in one view.
Whatever you trade — futures, stocks, options, forex or crypto — TradeLens turns your trades, journals, macro context, and rule adherence into a clear picture of performance quality and discipline leaks. Stop confusing green P&L with good process.
Built for review, discipline, and context. Not financial advice. Not automated trading.
Your strongest sessions came when trade count stayed inside plan. The largest drag came from late-session violation trades after the second loss.
Green weeks. Red months.
You don't have an edge problem.
You have a discipline problem.
See whether your edge is repeatable or carried by a few outliers.
Separate plan-following trades from violation trades.
Connect sessions to economic events, tone, and NQ / GC context.
See how rules, drawdown, and behavior shape account survival.
From trade import to weekly review, TradeLens connects performance, behavior, macro context, and coaching into a single command surface.
Net P&L, Discipline Score, equity curve, P&L distribution, macro overlay, and risk consistency in one view.
Break performance down by time, instrument, setup, confluence, psychology, and discipline.
Capture session notes, emotions, execution quality, and review context before memory edits the day.
Replay trades, screenshots, journal notes, macro events, and the intraday P&L path as a single session narrative.
Economic calendar, tone trail, actual price trend, source detail, and event risk for market-aware review.
Reviews your own trade data, discipline patterns, journal context, and reports to help you understand behavior.
TradeLens separates clean execution from rule-breaking outcomes so you can stop confusing green P&L with good process.
Two traders can end the week green. One followed the plan. One survived bad behavior. TradeLens shows the difference — across the Discipline Score, Plan-Following vs Violation split, trade documentation, psychology metrics, and your trading-plan rules.
Macro bias, event risk, and actual price trend around the trading window.
Rates, dollar, inflation, calendar, and tone backdrop for reviewing gold and metals exposure.
Intel helps you understand the macro backdrop around NQ and GC without treating the calendar as a crystal ball.
Intel is context, not a signal. It shows tone, event risk, source freshness, and price alignment so you can review decisions with more context — not a guarantee of outcomes.
Every journal shows you win rate and P&L. TradeLens grades its own market read against reality, then crosses it with your trading to find when your edge is real.
The same daily bias, graded against every hour of the session. Some hours the read is gold; others it is a coin flip. Now you know which is which — per instrument.
Illustrative layout. Your grid fills from your own graded sessions.
Your hourly P&L stacked against the signal's accuracy in the same hour. It finds the sentence that costs traders the most money:
"Your busiest hour is 14:30 — 35 trades, and it is losing. Your best hour is 15:30, where you take half as many."
Your actual P&L against what it would be if you had only taken plan-compliant trades — with the costliest rule named.
Most traders never learn fundamentals because nobody explains them without jargon. The coach breaks down today's actual briefing — what the bias means, why confidence is where it is, which inputs disagree — and defines every concept the app uses, on demand.
Answers are instant and come from your own data plus the day's briefing — no waiting, no usage caps. Educational only: the coach explains mechanics and your history, never what to trade.
Import your trades, choose a prop-firm rule profile, and see the day, trade, and rule that would have decided the account.
Educational simulation. Not official prop-firm certification. Rules vary across firms and can change. Do not treat the simulator as a guarantee of evaluation outcomes.
Advisory cues when behavior or prop-firm constraints move into danger.
Configurable thresholds for evaluation and funded account constraints.
Manual mode for platforms without APIs (e.g. TopstepX).
Every warning recorded for post-session review.
Read-only context where supported (e.g. Tradovate, Rithmic). No order placement.
Sentinel is planned as an advisory discipline copilot that warns when behavior or prop-firm constraints move into danger.
Future live warnings are advisory only. Sentinel does not place trades, block orders, or control your broker account. You stay in control of every trade.
Built for a different question: not only what happened, but why it happened, where discipline broke, and how the process holds up under prop-firm constraints.
TradeLens wasn't designed in a boardroom. It was built session by session by a trader whose P&L kept lying to him — green days carried by luck, red days caused by rules he already knew he was breaking.
Every feature answers a question that cost real money first: Was that profit discipline or damage? Did I follow the plan I wrote this morning? Was my read on the day even right?
"I didn't need another P&L tracker. I needed something that would tell me the truth about how I was trading."
Every trade is audited against your written plan — size, risk, setups, daily stop — and violations get their own P&L line.
The daily bias is graded against what actually happened — every single session. The accuracy record is shown, not hidden.
Scale-ins are counted as one position, automatically — your stats reflect decisions, not broker bookkeeping.
These cards define the intended product packaging. Live and Sentinel are clearly labeled as future tiers.

Payments are not implemented in this phase. Pricing is preview only — final pricing may change before billing is enabled.
No invented testimonials. These are the questions TradeLens is built to answer in the review loop.
"Did discipline leaks explain the red days?"
"Did clean trades actually make money?"
"Did macro context explain trade timing?"
"Would the week survive prop-firm rules?"

TradeLens is review and discipline software for active traders — futures, stocks, options, forex or crypto. The answers below define what it is, and what it is not.
No. TradeLens is an educational journaling, analytics, and review platform. Nothing in the product, the Coach, or Intel constitutes financial advice or a recommendation to take any specific trade.
No. TradeLens does not place trades. Future Sentinel features remain advisory only — they warn, they do not control orders or your broker account.
No. TradeLens helps with review quality, discipline awareness, and process analysis. It cannot guarantee trading profits.
It is designed with prop-firm constraints in mind. The retroactive prop-firm evaluation simulator and rule profiles are planned features and clearly labeled as such until shipped.
Direct TopstepX integration is not currently available. The planned Sentinel tier includes a manual mode designed for platforms without APIs.
Any market and any broker that can export a CSV — futures, stocks, options, forex and crypto all import today, and the importer maps unfamiliar column layouts for you. Native broker integrations (Tradovate, Rithmic and others) are planned for the future Sentinel tier and are not available yet.
Yes — TradeLens supports CSV import alongside manual entry, with a validation step to catch format issues before trades land in your journal.
Most journals show what happened. TradeLens explains the process: Discipline Score, Plan-Following vs Violation P&L, macro context per session, AI-assisted review of your own data, and a planned prop-firm evaluation simulator.
No. Intel is context, not signal. It surfaces macro tone, event risk, calendar, and source detail to support review — it does not predict price or recommend trades.

What we collect. Your email address and password (handled by Firebase Authentication — we never see your password), the trading data you import or enter (trades, accounts, tags, screenshots), your journal and report-card entries, and basic technical logs (errors, usage timestamps) used to keep the service working.
What we use it for. Providing the journal, analytics, and briefing features you signed up for. We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use your journal content for anything other than showing it back to you.
Who processes it. Data is stored on Google Firebase (Firestore, Cloud Storage, Cloud Functions) in the United States. If paid plans are enabled, payments are processed by Stripe — we never store card numbers. Market data and news shown in the app come from public sources and are not linked to your identity.
Marketing emails. If you join the update list we store your email for product announcements only. Every email includes a way to unsubscribe, or you can email us to be removed.
Your rights. You can export your trades from the app at any time, and permanently delete your account and all associated data from Settings → Delete account. Deletion is immediate and irreversible.

What you earn. 25% of each payment TradeLens receives from a trader who signs up through your referral link and subscribes — for their first 12 monthly payments, made within 12 months of their first, and only while they stay subscribed. Commission is earned on money received, never on sign-ups or free accounts.
How a referral is counted. A visitor who arrives through your link is remembered on their device for 60 days; the most recent link they used counts. The account must be created after they arrive. A referral cannot be added to an existing account or moved to another affiliate.
When you are paid. Commission becomes payable 30 days after the payment it comes from — the refund window — and is paid monthly by PayPal or Wise to the payout email you provide. You are responsible for any taxes on your earnings, and we may ask for tax information before paying.
Refunds and chargebacks. Commission on a refunded or disputed payment is cancelled. If it was already paid, it is deducted from your next payout.
What is not allowed. Referring yourself or accounts you control; spam or unsolicited messages; bidding on "TradeLens" or close variations in paid search; presenting yourself as TradeLens; and any claim that TradeLens, or trading, will make someone money. TradeLens is an educational journal, not financial advice, and must be promoted that way.
Changes and ending. We may change these terms or close the program with notice; commission already earned is honored. Commission obtained in breach of these terms is not paid, and we may remove access to the program. Deleting your account forfeits commission not yet paid.
Your relationship with us. Taking part does not make you an employee, agent or partner of TradeLens.

What joining means. Your chosen name and your journaling score appear on a leaderboard seen by other TradeLens Pro members who have also joined. The leaderboard ranks how completely and promptly you journal — never how much you make.
What other members see. The name you choose; your weekly journal score and its parts as percentages (check-in before your first trade, same-day review, plan review, setup, stop, grade and notes); your streak; how many trading days and trades you logged that week; your level and its title, which come from the XP you earn for journaling work; and your trader-rating tier — a band from Developing to World-class that combines discipline, risk control, execution, consistency, journaling and edge. Never the numbers behind the tier.
What is never shared. Your P&L, balances, account names, position sizes or instruments; the content of your notes, lessons, tags or screenshots; your email address; and your real name, unless you choose to use it as your leaderboard name.
Your name. It must not impersonate another person or TradeLens, and must not be offensive. We may remove a name that breaks this.
How scores are calculated. From your journal, using the times our servers recorded your check-ins and reviews. Inflating a score — for example with invented trades — can remove you from the leaderboard.
Leaving. You can leave at any time from the Leaderboard page. Leaving removes your name and scores from every week's board; deleting your account does the same.
No advice, no prizes. The leaderboard measures journaling habits only. It is not an assessment of trading ability or financial advice, and carries no prize unless one is announced separately.

What TradeLens is. TradeLens is an educational trading journal and review tool. It records and analyzes trading activity you provide and displays market context from public data sources.
What TradeLens is not. It is not financial, investment, or tax advice; not a broker; and it does not place, recommend, or manage trades. Daily biases, interpretations, and analytics can be wrong — the in-app scoreboard exists to measure exactly that. Trading involves substantial risk of loss. Decisions you make are yours alone.
Your account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for the accuracy of data you import. One account per person; don't share access. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service (automated scraping, attempting to access others' data, or disrupting the infrastructure).
Paid plans. If a paid tier is active, billing is handled by Stripe and can be cancelled anytime from the billing portal; access continues until the end of the paid period. Prices may change with notice before your next renewal.
Service quality. TradeLens is provided "as is." We work to keep it available and accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free data. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the previous 12 months.
Changes. We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
